I buy all over the world from department stores to outlets and vendors, including items right off the runway and others that are still on pre-order! Retail stores will place a line or mark through label to prevent illegal store returns, again this is only done so buyers don't try to find them cheaper online to return them to the store for a full refund. Items come just as shown in pictures. Please don't assume anything comes with an item, if it's not shown in the pictures then it doesn't come with the item. Like stated above item is used and shows normal signs of being used as shown along the bottom seem shown in image 12

Items will come to you either New with Tags (store display) - used on a fashion show or runway, or gently used return and will be stated.
