BN Products TU16LZK Tune-up kit includes a set of cutting blocks, the cap bolts and lock washers for fastening the cutting blocks, a quart of hy-draulic oil, a stopper bolt with spring, a set of the electrical motor carbon brushes and a cutter handling instruction booklet.
Be sure to read the manufactures bleeding procedure below for proper tool operation. If your rebar cutter is running slow, isn't moving or doesn't have the pressure to cut normally, you may need to bleed the hydraulics. It's important to never use your rebar cutter when the oil is low, which is why you need to know how to bleed a rebar cutter.
