* We provide ONE year (12 months) replacement warranty for this product. Within the warranty period, if the product is defective, you may return the item to us for exchange.
* Our standard warranty covers the situation of dead-on-arrival (DOA). Within 7 days of receiving the shipment, if the item is DOA, the customer may contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for a refund. After 30 days item can only be exchanged. Returned DOA product will be tested before a refund can be issued.
* We provide 30 day money back guarantee for this product. Within the 30 day money back period, you may return the item back for refund for any reason (refund may subject to 15% restocking fee plus the shipping cost -- or 25% restocking fee for purchases with free shipping, if the reason of the return is not our mistake).
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If the reason of the return is our mistake.
* For any return request, please send us a message to request an RMA number, before returning the package to us. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be recognized or processed.
