for sale here is a  lovely little very very rarely seen unused and original model hardy built LL bean guide 3/4 which is basically a marquis no. 4 trout  fly fishing reel , note this one has a hardy factory fitted lineguard making it even rarer cos typically they never had them and this would be special order only..., 2 + 78ths" , 2 screw drum release with the LL bean engraved logo ,  smooth alloy foot  , rear tension , left or right wind , overall excellent working order with no damage , good strong loud check , tight with no slackness , 100% paint intact as can be seen and mechanically a very good clean and tight example....there are no marks on the underside of the foot so this reel has definately never been on a rod , i would think its been purchased and never used.... very rare little reel this for the avid hardy collector.    .. ...please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week...
