         Non-payment will result in an “Unpaid Item Case” being opened with Ebay.

RETURN POLICY:

         Only if the items are not as described or shown in the photos. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Please contact us first. We only issue refunds once the item is returned.

INSURANCE: 

         Most items over $100.00 will automatically be insured.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

         Free economy shipping to the U.S. only

         Shipping and handling charges include the cost of shipping, packing supplies, insurance (when applicable) and delivery confirmation.

         We ship Tuesday through Friday and only ship to buyers address provided by Paypal,no third parties or shipping companies.

         Items are shipped within 1 business day of the payment clearing excluding weekends and some holidays.

         Paypal e-check payments take 5-7 days to clear.

         All items are shipped with a confirmation number.

         Items that weigh 13 oz. or less will be shipped via First Class Mail, which usually is delivered within 2-3 days.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

CUSTOMS:  

         Import duties, taxes, customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

         All cost associated with Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.

         US and International government regulations prohibit marking merchandise values below value or marking items as gifts.

SHIPPING:

         We generally ship via First Class International Mail for items under $100.00 as it is the most cost effective way to ship.

         International buyers be advised that items over $100.00 must be shipped Priority Mail in order to be insured.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS:

         Items lost in the mail are not available for a refund unless the item was shipped Priority Mail and insured.
