Up for your consideration is

a brand new, never used Set of 6 Mugs and a Serving Tray, designed by artist Rae Dunn. Manufactured by Magenta, also known as M Studios. From 2015 and 2016.

The tray features a cream colored background with 4 Witch Shoe designs. There are 3 different mug designs...two of each. The tray, as well as the mugs, also feature clever Rae Dunn sayings....charming! Perfect for your Halloween get-together or display!

*The first two photos show a grey mug("witches brew"). The photos are from a listing from two years ago. In this set, the "witches brew" is a newer one and has a green interior, as shown in following photos.*

No chips, cracks or crazing. There may be slight differences in paint or glaze, as pieces are hand-made and hand-painted.

*Please refer to photos 5, 6, and 7 for close-up photos of the tray. As you can see, there are a few areas where the paint was missed. Also, there are some pock marks on the tray, most of which are only visible if you hold the tray up to the light and turn it sideways. *

The Post Office has raised their rates and now charge extra for larger boxes, so if you have won a large item, you may have to pay a small additional fee. If shipping charges are less than what is quoted, I am happy to refund any overages through PayPal. On some occasions, I need to ship in more than one box. If you buy a dinnerware set, please be aware that some items are heavy and I don't want to risk breakage.

I'm more than happy to combine shipping if you win more than one auction, or purchase more than one item from my Store. Please email me if you are planning on bidding or purchasing more than one item, and please wait for your invoice before paying. Sometimes with combined shipping, the size of the box changes, adding possible additional charges, as mentioned above. Also, if you want to inquire about shipping costs, please include your zip code in any correspondence.

I ship USPS Parcel Post to save you money in shipping costs. Shipping time is 2-9 days. If you live in a small town, it could take a little longer.

If you would like me to send your item Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 days, and costs a little more, please email to let me know, after the auction has ended or after you have purchased from my Store.

Positive Feedback is an important asset to have on eBay. I pride myself in having 100% Positive Feedback and strive to continue to do so. Please leave feedback after receiving your item and I will do the same. Please be fair in your assessment of "Shipping Time" on the DSR list (5 Star System). I am usually able to ship same day or next day, however I am a flight attendant, so it could take up to 3. That's what "Shipping Time" means on the DSR....NOT how long it takes your package to arrive.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, email me so that I can attempt to make things right before leaving neutral or negative feedback. It is my goal to ALWAYS have satisfied customers!

If an item is in Auction Format and does not sell in the alloted 7 days, it will go to my Store, Maison de Porcelaine. Items in the Auction Format are typically priced lower. Once they go into my Store, the price will go up a bit, reflecting the value of the item, although it will always be less than what you would pay retail. So, if you see something you like and you didn't bid and it didn't sell, check my Store.

Refunds are ONLY accepted if the item was misrepresented. I strive to describe all items as I see them. I do not accept "buyers remorse" as a valid reason for returning an item

Items must be sent back within 14 days of you receiving them, and you need to send proof of that by emailing me the tracking # when item is shipped. Otherwise, there will be no refund. All returned items must be insured and you are responsible for all shipping costs.

When I receive the item in its original, as described condition, I will then reimburse you through PayPal, minus eBay and PayPal fees that were attached to that item.

I am sorry to have to change my policy on this matter, however, due to a recent incident, I feel I must.
