Our electronic products are manufactured according to the specifications of the US Electrical Standards and Codes. If you purchase these products to use in a country outside of the United States, we cannot guarantee they will work properly. We assume no responsibility if the items malfunction or cause an accident because one tried to use the product with foreign electrical standards. The use of a converter or other voltage transforming device is at your own risk.
Domestic Shipping
FREE shipping within the United States. Our products ship from our US-based warehouses. Shipped via UPS or FedEx (depending on location and package weight). No shipping to P.O. boxes. No shipping available to the following states/territories: AK, GU, HI, PR, VI.
International Shipping
All of our international shipping is handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program. Once you place an order with us, we ship your item free of charge to eBay's Global Shipping Center within the U.S. There they process and forward your item to the address you provided. When making your purchase, all costs incurred above our item price is determined and collected by eBay for customs duties, taxes, etc. If you have questions regarding those charges please contact eBay directly because we have no access to that information.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for our products. You can choose a refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 15 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
