RETURNS

1. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item or a credit to your account will be issued. 

If the same merchandise is not available, then a credit to your account will be issued and the credit will apply towards your next purchase.

 

2. Returns can take up to 1 week to process from the date that we have received your return package or 

request for exchange. Shipping will not be credited.

 

3. Customers must pay for return shipping for all returns broken or not. Also will have insurance on the item just in case it is damaged on the way back to us. If you do not put insurance on the item and it is broken on deliver we will not be able to give the maximum refund aloud. 

4. After we get the item then we can give a refund for this if we choose to do so. The reason why we have to do this is to keep down the fraud. Thank You for your complete understanding. 

 

5. If a buyer decides to refuse an item that is not defective or damaged the initial shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge Customers must pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
