Custom Fit Service

We offer a FREE Custom Fit or Made to Measure Service. If you would like to take advantage of this service offer plase supply us with one of the following measurements in a message through eBay. 

  1.  Recess Size - Measure the width of the recess at the top of your window (from inside wall to inside wall). Do not make adjustments on the measured size, we will be the one to give allowance for the fittings (3.5cm OR 1.75cm on each side)
  2. Outside Recess Size - Decide on how much overlap on each side of the window you want then measure it from end to end. Again, please note that the fabric size will be 3.5cm less than the overall size that you supply us.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please specify "RECESS" OR "OUTSIDE RECESS" in your message for us to correctly make the necessary adjustments on the blind. Also include your contact number so that we can call you for clarifications on your measurements.

We do not alter the length of the blind. The fabric just needs to be rolled to your specific size (maximum length 165cm, unless otherwise stated). 

These blinds can only be rolled down to it's maximum drop length. If these have been rolled more than it's maximum length, the fabric could detach from the roller

We can only send up to 120cm blinds to an ARGOS Collection address. Blinds above 120cm will be sent to your home address as per your eBay order.

If you requested to have your blind customised, we may ask for additional conformation through email. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive your conformation.

How to Order a Blind

  1. Select a colour from the drop down menu at the top of the page (if applicable)
  2. Select the size of the blind you require. If your blind needs resized, choose the bigger size from your measurement.
  3. Make payment then send us a message through eBay with your measurement by CLICKING HERE

Alteration instructions must be sent within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure they are made to measure before they are posted out. If we do not receive your measurements, your blinds will be sent at the standard size purchased.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you receive your order and you are unsatisfied, or you changed your mind about the purchase you may return your order to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable) shall be shouldered by the buyer.

The buyer has the responsibility to take good care of the item until they are posted back to our address. Returned items must be in original, unused, and good condition as it was received. The return must be returned in original packaging and all accessories/parts are included.

This 30 day returns policy EXCLUDES Cut-to-Fit/Altered/Made to Measure or user-modified items.

A copy of the original eBay or PayPal sales record or invoice must be included in the package. This information can be written on a separate piece of paper if no printer is available. Please ensure the sales record number, eBay user ID and reason for return is included.

2. Damaged/Incorrect Orders

3. Returns after 30 days

4. Made to Measure Orders

Made to measure produces cannot be returned. If they are damaged or incorrect, a repair or replacement will be offered.
