Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or Courier, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.Defected Items: All products are inspected before being dispatched to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
