Shipping Policy

We will do professional packaging for the products before we ship them out. We use customized corrugated boxes for full size orders. And we customized foam boards for each inner side of corrugated boxes to protect the tiles. We take full responsibility for broken items caused by our packaging. Free replacement for damages caused by shipping. We have our warehouse in LA. For all areas within the US mainland, we can do free shipping. There's no sales tax or other charges.


Return Policy

We accept no reason returns for full boxes. We do not accept left over sheets return. We are sorry because we only sell products by box. Customer may start a return. However, the shipping cost should be covered by buyer unless there's quality issue. For quality issue returns, we cover all costs.  We do not accept return for customized products, used and defaced products. Tracking number is required for a return. We will issue a refund with 48 hours after we receive the return items. Payment will be refunded directly from eBay.
