Teisco

This is a very nice original little ''Raver'' guitar by Teisco made in Japan during the sixties -

finished in dark red fading into black around the edges and with a black scratchplate.

There are two chromed pickups which are very similar to the goldfoil pickups of this

period - each with an on/off switch and with volume and tone controls. The bridge is

adjustable and the tailpiece is a tremolo model - all complete and working.

The maple neck is bolted on and the neckplate is stamped ''made in Japan'', and the

fingerboard contains twenty frets. The headstock has an unusual string retainer and

the six on a side complete and original tuners but no name logo. The top corner of

the headstock has at some time been reglued.

This is a nice little playing guitar which comes in a very nice non original hardcase.
