The Ariel and Belle shoes are a soft plastic on the outer shell, so they are softer than they appear in the pictures.

Condition
Shoes come new with their tags and ready to come home to you! They are stored in a clean & smoke-free home. Tags have had prices removed and there may be some rips on the tag from that. One of the Mulan shoes has some small scuffs on the bottom of the shoe.
