Vibrant rich colours on a golden backround, depicting 100 characters in their favorite social life.

This tapestry is made of silk, presumably in the city of Dunhuang, in the north-west China, located at the junction of the cross silk roads.

Beautiful piece, should be framed & displayed.

Never used & in excellent condition, tucked away for more than 30 years between fresh linen, in a smoke-free home.

Can't confirm authenticity, but it is at least 30 years old, likely more.
