If you have never owned a genuine vintage Electric Piano, now is your chance! I would potentially ship, but would feel much better not doing so. These instruments have a lot of moving parts, but luckily are fairly simple to regulate. While I can not guarantee it won't need some minor adjustments after shipping, however many they may be - I know this piano inside and out and can assure you the guidance to help tweak it a bit, should that be the case.

FOR INSTANCE: If I travel across the country with my Rhodes to perform, due to a bumpy ride, changing temperature and humidity, drastic elevation changes, or the instrument is just feeling particularly cantankerous - before my gig I will need to pop the lid off and give her a few little tweaks - these sort of things can be done with a screwdriver, a socket wrench, or by hand.

If you have never had the pleasure of owning (and especially gigging with) a real Electric Piano, for which there really is NO SUBSTITUTE, this routine maintenance really is what all of us professional musicians do - not unlike a guitar player changing his own strings or doing a little minor set-up work - and you must remember - THIS IS A REAL PIANO. Though it has much more stable tines in lieu of strings like it's acoustic sister - that is just the nature of the beast. In a controlled stable environment, they typically require little in the way of maintenance. As a courtesy, I will offer my direct contact in the way of support.

I am located in St. Louis, MO in the beautiful historical neighborhood The Hill, known for our Italian restaurants and markets - near Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park, right off the highway. Please contact me with pick-up and delivery questions. Could potentially arrange delivery at the cost of $1.10 per mile subject to my availability.
