l   By bidding or buying this items the buyer understands or agrees all the terms stated in Payment Info, Shipping Info, Store Policy and Return Policy. 

Return policy :

Ø Defective,Damaged or Incorrect

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please email us clear pictures for the item and the delivery box within 3 days from the receipt of the item in order to obtain an RMA number.

Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expenses.

All return shipping charge must be prepaid by customer.

We will not resend or refund before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers. 

Shipping cost is not refundable.

Ø Lost in transit

If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the carrier. Please allow 7-14 business days to process. 

Ø Wrong Purchase or not satisfied

All returned items must be unused with original packaging intact and in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.

All return shipping charge must be prepaid by customer. 

All shipping, handling and ebay fee will not be refunded due to restocking and handling charge. 

Ø Wrong Address

If the package be returned to the sender due to non-delivery or the wrong address provided by the buyer, Buyer will need to pay the return fee and 2nd time shipping & handling fee.
