Brand new motor control for player piano suction box.  Dual controls allow completely separate adjustment of play volume and rewind speed for standard 88 note player pianos.  Control box with two controls mounts underneath keybed (typically), motor controller PCB mounts inside piano on (or near) motor, microswitch mounts near and connects to transmission shift linkage to detect whether piano is in play or rewind.  Many players require more suction during play and less during rewind (excess suction means excess speed during rewind and greater potential to damage fragile old rolls).  Color coded wiring simplifies installation.

This is a motor controller, diac/triac controlled with an RC snubber to handle inductive loads.  It is not a light dimmer - though it certainly could be used for that.
