This is a roadrunner 23 north Face tent that's was set up for a demo ounce and is an excellent condition. The tent was thoroughly inspected and there is very very minimal wear. The tent does show some very tiny spotting on the fly in small areas that are barely visible. The stakes and tie downs were never used. This tent is in almost perfect condition and will last a very long time to come. Buyers I advise you do your research on this tent, they are a great tent that north Face made and are reviewed highly. Buyers also be aware that I will not accept returns on this item and I have personally inspected the tent to make sure it's exactly how I have stated in the description above.
