- Returns are acceptable, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a replacement of that item. Please contact us for a referrence number if you'd like to return an item. Please notice that buyers are responsible for the postage of returning, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging, and we'll only send the replacement or refund after we receive the returned item.
