SHIPPING 

Products are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class or My Hermes depending on value, and at our discretion . Please note that eBay will give an estimated delivery date, however, this is calculated from when we print the order please bare in mind that we cut all fabric to order and require at least one additional day to allow for cutting time.  

You may collect the item free of charge. 

We do combine postage and will send revised invoices where necessary.

Any issues regarding combined postage fee’s please message us.

Please allow extra time over weekends and bank holidays for postal services

We do post every day

We do not try to make money on postage

However please remember that pay-pal charge commissions on postage for your payment to us, we also purchase packaging materials

REFUNDS

We do offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase on none cut to order items.

All we ask is that you contact us first, and items must be returned within 7 working days

 and that it is in the same condition you received it.
