BEFORE BUYING THIS ITEM PLEASE VERIFY IF YOU HAVE AN EARLY RELEASE ODYSSEY 2 OR A LATER RELEASE ODYSSEY 2. 

You can verify this by examining the video cable, please see picture #2. 

If you have a "later Release labeled #2" in the picture, Great News! You only need an adapter and please DO NOT BUY from this auction and buy from our EBAY listing # 292339992268 or simply view the Odyssey 2 section of our Ebay store.

If you have a launch system or "early model labeled #1" in the picture, you will need both a new video cable and video adapter. Please buy from this auction listing.

FOR DETAILED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE VIEW PICS # 4, 5 and 6. Simply remove the Odyssey 2 cover, remove the cable, gently push the pliable cover out a bit and slide in the new video cable + adapter! 

This adapter + video cable combo completely replaces the old style F Cable (from your ODYSSEY 2) to a newer coaxial connection (of your newer tv set)! So you can bypass using the switch box! This will screw into any new tv!

That's right, one side plugs into the Odyssey 2 console and the other side screws into your newer tv set! (cable connection)
