Payment:

Payment must be made within 3 Business Days, no exceptions.
If no payment within 3 business days, we are entitled to cancel the transaction entirely and report you to eBay as non-payer.

Shipping:

We ship to confirmed U.S. addresses only. International shipping available on through eBay's Global Shipping Program, no other exceptions for International Shipping.
If you want to use your own shipping labels, we accept such arrangements.

Return Policy:

We offer 14 days money back if item proven defective (we do not refund the shipping costs, only the cost of the product). So please test the product immediately.
Make sure this is compatible with your systems. We cannot accept returns if you buy before verifying your own equipment compatibility.
We track the S/N on all products shipped out. Damaged and alternated items will not be accepted for return.
We are not responsible for return items that do not arrive without a traceable/tracking carrier service.
