1859  PROVINCE OF CANADA,  Prince Albert Consort stamp.

Black stamp has perf 11 3/4.  Nicely centered.

I  had it checked by 3 Canadian stamps specialists and they believe it to be # 16.

Uncommon red cancel. Another very very light  X cancel through center.

Pencil numbers on back-I didn't put them there.

Light brown mark near bottom of front that isn't on back

Epaulettes almost non-existant.
