CONTACT – If you wish to contact me, please do so via eBay messaging, or add a “note to seller” when you pay. Messages sent via regular email may not be checked before items are dispatched.
DISPATCH – Items are usually dispatched the day after payment is made
UNLESS LISTING STATES LONGER PROCESSING TIME
Items ordered after 9am on Fridays may not be dispatched until Monday.
Should any items not arrive withtin there specified time a refund will ONLY be granted after checks with Royal Mail and their statutory 14 days allowance has passed
Sometimes I am are very busy so please message via eBay messaging if you are in a particular hurry. Please be aware that postal tracking is not available with standard 1st or 2nd class post, and although Royal Mail is usually on time, occasionally postal delays can occur.
Special Delivery is the only way to guarantee a delivery date.
PAYMENT - I accept payment by Paypal,cheque or postal order
PACKAGING – Items are packed as flat as possible to avoid higher postal costs – sometimes packing may seem unusual, but please consider that this is to avoid significant extra costs to our customers.
