Awesome Mel en Stel tank dress. Gray & cream design, red trim is a great accent. Snaps in the back. Can be worn with or without the thick belt. Very light weight airy fabric. Dress can be worn long or short. There are straps with snaps on the inside of dress to make it shorter and give it the bubble look. Very flattering when worn with belt! Pleated on the one side in the front and back. Tried the dress on a couple of times but never wound up wearing it. Excellent condition!
