Return Policies

·         Buy with confidence! We have 100% positive feedback on our eBay store! Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the equipment is still in "as new" condition.

·         Any new product, with the exception of software, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date so long as the equipment and packaging are in "as new" condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

·         Returned products must be in brand new condition, 100% resellable as new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories. Special orders may not be returned.

·         Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE .Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

·         No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 30 day period.

·         Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one (1) business day from date of delivery. In the event of equipment received that was damaged in transit or during delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier. Warranty

·         We will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any products found to be defective during their warranty period. Intentional or accidental damage to the equipment resulting from the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge, lightning or improper usage will automatically avoid this warranty.
