Vintage Hubley Transport Cast Metal Toy Diesel Truck & Trailer No. 492.  Very good condition. Measures about 14" in total length. Made by Hubley Kiddie Toy Lancaster, PA.  It has some chips and scratches in the finish. Missing the cars and trailer ramp.
