1. You can return only BRAND NEW and SEALED SOFTWARE for up to 30 days. 

2. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN FOR OPENED SOFTWARE . Once the sealed box is opened , it is no longer refundable.

We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your system , drivers, or other software installed on your system. Software can be copied, registered and activated with publishers, that is why we do not accept it back once the box seal is opened. Defective media must be exchanged through publisher's warranty.  You need to contact software publisher directly.
