A Grade: Good Condition. System has passed testing for key and essential
functions. A Grade items will have only minor surface blemishes.
B Grade: Blemished. System has passed testing for key and essential
functions. B Grade items will have minor wear and will have more obvious
blemishes than our A Grade products. You may find dents of ½" diameter or
less, small areas of discoloration and scratches that are no more than 3"
long.
C Grade: Scratches and Dents. System has passed testing for key and
essential functions. Items will show significant wear and/or have larger dents,
discoloration, scratches, and can have cracks (up to ½" long).
Latches or hinges may be damaged or broken and there may be missing or damaged
plastic panels, bezels and covers. “C” grade products may also have minor
functional issues.

item you find to be defective or not working. So long as the defective item is
exchanged, we will refund the shipping we collected and offer to repair and/or
replace the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you at our
expense.
Return for Non-defective
Exchange:
Within 30-days of
purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on any
non-defective item you'd like to exchange. The non-defective item being sent
for an exchange will be shipped back to us at the buyers own expense. Once
received, a new shipping charge will be collected from the buyer to be used for
