| | What forms of payment do you accept? PayPal is the only form we accept, including the rare occasion of local pickup. Items must be paid for before delivery will be made. If there is a case where immediate payment is not required, please make it as soon as possible or CONTACT US if you know that there is going to be a delay. We do not like opening unpaid item cases as it's not fun for either party. When do you ship my item? In almost all cases except Tuesday and Saturday purchases, the item goes out the next day. Please allow an extra day for larger items that may require special care. Sometimes if you order in the early morning it may even go out the same day if the wind blows right. Why am I not seeing tracking on my package yet? Our local postal worker does not scan the packages when they are placed on the truck. Tracking should be indicated when it reaches the sorting facility. Do you test items before sale? Almost all items are tested. There may be limitations in the testing due to missing accesories. If an item has not been tested it will be marked as such in the description and will be an AS-IS sale with no returns. | | | |
Why don't you list Non-Smoking/Pet Free environment? In almost all cases we are not selling items that are owned by us, so we have no legitimate knowledge of the former owners household environment or lifestyle. While most of the clothing we sell is of no problem, there is a possibility that there may be odors, including cigarette smoke. If you have concerns, please take this fact into consideration before making a purchase or CONTACT US with questions. What should I do if there is a problem with my order? First, take a deep breath. None of us will benefit from outrage and there is an easy solution for most problems. Please CONTACT US first to see how things can be worked out before opening a return or case. Make sure that you have read the measurements and defects in a listing before purchasing so that you know what you will be getting. What is your return policy? We have 14 day return policy on most items. Review everything in the description and this FAQ before purchase. We do not refund original shipping, nor do we pay for return shipping unless the item is defective beyond description upon arrival. Items maked AS-IS or Not Tested will have a No Return Policy attached to the listing. We realize these items are an at-risk purchase and our prices will reflect that. | |
