After payment is received, Ebayy orders are process the following business day. All banners are printed, installed, and ship out 2 business days after processing if artwork is good to print, if there are any issues in artwork or no artwork received, it will delay your order. Return Policy

Since printed items cannot be reused or sold, banners cannot be refunded. This is why it is important for you to make sure your image has the correct dimensions, design specs, and resolution that you want. For those planning to purchase large quantities, it is recommended that you order one test unit as proof before moving on with the large purchase. We double check each unit before it ships out;. however, if you happen to receive a defective unit, please contact us within 7 days and we will try our best to help you resolve the situation.

Shipping and handling:

1.  We will ship this product 2 business days after your payment is cleared and artwork is good to print. The tracking number will be sent to your paypal registered Email box within 48 hours through PayPal. If you do not receive the email notice, please contact us.

2.   U.S. 48 Contiguous States Addresses: The order will be shipped via UPS ground service (transit time is about 2-5 business days). P.O.Box address is not acceptable please provide physical address and contact phone no. in case of undelivered by shipping carrier.

3.   Canadian Addresses: We will ship the order via UPS Standard service, please provide your telephone number as required by UPS for International Shipping. It is buyer's responsibility for any import charge (Brokerage fees, duties, taxes customs clearance charges, etc.)

4.   AK, HI, PR Addresses: We will ship the order via USPS Parcel Post service (transit time can take 10 days to 4 weeks).
