Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin and is produced by the body in response to skin being exposed to sunlight - therefore known as the ‘Sunshine Vitamin’. It can also be found naturally in various foods.
Although naturally produced in the human body, Vitamin K can be sourced naturally for use in medicine around the world. Vitamin K2 (also known as Menaquinone) can also be found in animal foods and fermented foods (unlike Vitamin K1 which is found in leafy greens). It’s essential to maintain a healthy level of Vitamin K in the body as it’s necessary for various important processes including clotting. Vitamin K2 is favoured for use in supplements, as it’s more easily absorbed by the body and can stay in the blood longer than Vitamin K1.

Please Note: Certain medications may interact with Vitamin K2, including anticoagulants and diabetes medication. Vitamin K2 supplements should not be taken alongside these.
We suggest the larger quantities such as 500 or a 1000 are for sharing with more than one person as the expiries may not cover the full use. We recommend smaller quantities when buying for a single user.

Suggested use
