Payments:
We accept paypal only. All major credit and debit card are accepted through secure payment processor Paypal. We ship to your PayPal address. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before you pay. Payment must be received within 14 days of auction closing
Combined Postage:
Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery time : more parcels are delivered next day. In order to get combined postage please buy 3 or more items please send us a message to get a discount.
Return policy:
If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need. Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
Refunds:
We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items. If you cancel the contract under the distance selling regulations 14 day cooling off period, then you will be entitled to a full refund which is the price of the item plus the original delivery charge. This also applies to any faulty or incorrect items sent out to you. However any items returned outside the 14 day cooling off period will NOT be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.
Delivery and dispatch.
I dispatch Monday-Friday via Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st class signed for. All orders placed by 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Letters and parcels send by 1st class Royal Mail are not secure. We are not taking responsibility for not receiving items. To avoid this disappointment please make your choice.
