DOMESTIC POSTAGE: We will endeavour to get your item sent out within one working day. Free postage is sent out via royal mail 48 with delivery confirmation. A tracking number is given once dispatched. There are also express postage options if needed.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:  International postage is provided by Ebay's global shipping program so a price will be given for this by them. Everything sent through the global shipping program will be sent tracked.

Payment

All payments to be made by Paypal only please. Payment should be made as soon as possible however we do respect that sometimes it is not possible for payment to be made straight away. We will give five days for payment to be made until opening an unpaid item case through Ebay.

Returns

Our aim is for all our customers to be happy with our service and their purchase. However if for any reason you are not pleased with your item, then you can return it to us for a full refund. The item must be returned within 14 days and be in exactly the same condition as sold. Sorry but we do not refund the cost of you sending the item back to us. Refunds will be made within 5 working days once the return is received.
