Shipping
Products are shipped using Royal Mail 1St Class upto 500 grams and then My Hermes there after. Please note that eBay will give an estimated delivery date, however this is calculated from when we print the order.
You may collect the item free of charge.
We do combine postage and will send revised invoices where necessary
Please allow extra time over weekends and bank holidays for postal services
We do post every day
We do not try to make money on postage
However please remember that pay-pal charge commissions on postage for your payment to us, we also purchase packaging materials

Refunds
We do offer refunds if you are not happy with your purchase
Cut to order fabrics cannot be returned
All we ask is that the item is returned to us with 14 working days and that it is in the same condition you received it.
We do regret that unfortunately we cannot refund postage for either the original purchase or the return.

We are a family run business and look to offer Fantastic Quality and Amazing Prices. All our Fabric is cut too order so that fabric batches are not mixed.
