Original and rare WWII-era Japanese Navy (IJN) naval officer dress coat and trousers.

Dark blue doeskin wool construction. Long double breasted coat with correct IJN brass buttons.

High ranking officer cuff braids with red piping (Medical corps).

Dress coat manufactured by "Yamashiroya, Tokyo". Name tag sewn under the collar tag. The same name tag is sewn in the trousers lining.

The trousers are made of same shade wool, with white cotton lining. The buttons are marked "For gentlemen".

Good condition. One large moth hole on the upper back of the coat. A small moth hole on the trousers, on the back of the left leg, at knee height.

Beautiful and scarce coat with hard-to-find trousers!
