This auction is for one bare wood, unfinished Ibanez custom replacement body.  It fits JEM/RG hardware.  I made this on my CNC machine.  This is a top notch build.

The wood used is KORINA, sometimes called White Limba.  I also have a load of Black Limba. Shoot me a message if you are interested.

The total weight is medium - 4 pounds 5 ounces.  This one is a 3-piece body. The grain is a close match, so this one should work for a stained body.

The neck pocket is AANJ.  It fits 56mm necks.  This pocket fits most Ibanez models before the newer Team J Craft models.  The fit is comfortable on my RG neck.  If your neck is older than 5 years or so, its probably 56mm.

The holes for the trem posts are made to fit Edge hardware.  I usually press them in with a drill press.  The routing works with and Edge, and Edge Pro, and an Edge Lo pro.  An Edge Pro II or Edge 3 will work with a minor mod that I can do if you let me know when you pay.  I'm not sure about the others.

I made the cover plate cavities on the back a bit bigger than factory spec so they should work almost all Ibanez trem covers, even after priming and painting the body.  There is nothing more frustrating than having to sand down your trem covers.  If you want a set of custom covers, I can sell you a set for a small fee.

After running these through the CNC machine, I used a sanding machine to take out most of the cutter marks on the radius portions.  I used a spindle sander on the inside of the grip and on the edges.  The body still needs prepping, but this will get you well along in the process.  These bodies do need prepping before painting.  If you need help or tips with that, shoot me a  note after you pay.

This IS the actual body I'll ship.

I've built a ton of guitars from various sources.  If you need help building up a guitar, shoot me a Note.

I have a really cool open grain finish I can do (for a fee) on another body one.  Shoot me a Note if interested.  There is an example at the bottom of this link:
