Kindly recommendation: 

1. In order to save shipping cost, all goods less than/including 2KG / 4.4lb, shipment is finished by small china post registered air mail or E-packet. 

2. Below shipping time is only for reference. The time is out of our control. As the shipping agent is not us,  it is Chinese post and your country's post. If      shipment time is later than below estimasted time, we need your excuse, understand and support.  

           The time is around 15--30 days to USA, Canada, UK, France.  

           The time is around 20--65 days for other EU countries, Russia, Austrialia, Middle-east, Asia, South & North America countries etc., 

3. If you need the goods urgently, please contact us for quick shipment by DHL or Fedex IE. There is extra freight charge need you made.

4. We only make shipment to buyer's Paypal address. Upon you made payment which means buyer has noted and agreed the address term.

New: unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original package.  We usually ship order within 1-7 days in receipt of payment.

Shipping Instruction:
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days after payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Return Policy:

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.

We will refund you if you return the items within 14 days of your receipt of the items for

any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their 

original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer 

will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. 

The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of 

damage or loss.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Customs tariff :

There maybe tariff which levied by your country’s Customs. We do not know the exact tariff amount. The better you check your country’s Customs policy before place order. Buyer should undertake and pay the customs tariff. If buyer refused to pay tariff and lead to product return to us or destroy by local Customs, we will not return order money to buyer.
