FED 1 of type C ( Trudkommuna NKVD) , which was a licensed copy of Leica II, not very common nowadays, produced presumably in 1937-38, more information can be found at http://sovietcams.com/index.php?414372438 , according to this site classification it must be the type PE0225. The camera looks to be in a working order, the shutter speeds work but I cannot say if they are exactly accurate, did not test the camera with a film. The rangefinder also looks to be working. The camera is used but clean, with one cosmetic defect, the vulcanite body covering is slightly damaged on the left bottom side, see the photos.
The lenses are pretty good for their age, they have no bad scratches, fungus or other serious defects, there are some small cleaning traces and 3,5/50mm has some not significant dust or fog, cannot say it exactly. No original caps and box unfortunately. Information about the tele lens can be found at http://sovietcams.com/index.php?-901973994 , it must be the first version, rather uncommon.
I added some test photos made by FED 100mm on my APC-S digital camera, t  I added some contrast and color in the editor as long as it is an old B/W lens, not designed for the color photos. The sharpness remained unchanged.
