Our opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

We are closed at weekends, and banks holidays.

If you are contacting us outside of these times then please be aware that you may not receive a response until the next working day.

We only accept payment by PayPal for our listings

We despatch all purchases on the same working day (Monday-Friday) where payment is received before 1pm. Any purchases/payments for items made after this time will be sent out on the next working day.
Shipping method and approximate delivery dates are indicated in the Payments and Postage tab on the eBay listing. If you require your item sooner, then please select the optional 
postage upgrade (where available) at the time of checkout and payment.

All of our items come with a 90 day warranty from receipt, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
