This is an antique Edwardian platinum (marked) diamond wedding ring with seven tiny, channel-set diamonds in the center.  The top of the narrow ring is 2.9 millimeters wide.  The ring is size 8 3/4 and weighs 2.2 grams.  Inside the ring are the initials and date "WLF 6-27-'46" in Old English script.  This ring could be a lovely, understated complement to an engagement ring or it also could be used as a stacking ring.  It is in excellent antique condition: the bottom of the band is on the thin side.
