4 card uncut sheet. Released by Futera in 1996. 200 4-up cards released. each card is personally signed by Mark Waugh. 

The uncut sheet includes 4 cards: World Cup Warriors, Mark Waugh Premier Batsman Redemption, Certificate card and Autographed Mark Waugh Premier Batsman Picture Card.  There is " Futera Authentic Merchandise" stamp on the back of the card.

Note: The individually numbered Mark Waugh Signature Redemption card redeems the same autograph card as shown in the 4-ups, except the redeemed signature card is individually numbered to 100 and also coming with certificate card.
