Beautiful antique vintage 1940s fancy gold gilt wood frame in very good condition! This frame has lovely embossed gesso detailing and is in its original vintage gold gilt finish. There are a few little nicks in the gesso embossing at the corners and some small cracks. They could be touched up if you prefer things in a bit more pristine condition--but if you're like me, those little beauty marks are just part of a vintage piece's history!
Use this for a bulletin board, to frame a mirror, frame some antique family photos, or use it to frame a vintage print. I've seen these old frames used to frame contemporary black and white photos -- and they are stunning!
