  4. Postage and Handling - Postage costs are clearly indicated on the listing and include actual postage, wrapping and packing of items. Postage is for standard uninsured delivery to anywhere in Australia. Registered post option is available. All postage charges are non-refundable.
  5. Delivery - Unless otherwise stated, all items are dispatched the day following receipt of payment (purchases over the weekend are dispatched on Monday).
  6. Refund Policy - Except where an item is faulty or dead on arrival, a no returns policy applies. Information about items are provided in the listing however if you are unsure please ask first.
