for WEBER 36-40 DCN/DCNF

Why is the surface polished?

If you want to reach top performance, its important to have
smooth surface finish - to get correct airflow. The lower
loses you have, the higher power you get. Its also important
to fit nicely curved air horns with smooth finish.
There are more to do - sharp edges on aux venturi - to cut air.
You can cut lower support to get bigger area for air mass to flow.
Sharper edges on throttle plates, lower and smooth profile of throttle shaft.
If you are going to build extreme engine, you have to do extreme things!
