Only condition problem with this doll is her hair.  It has rough ends and is tangled.  It could use a gentle combing and maybe conditioner of some sort??  Her bangs seem different from photos of the mint Vocaloid Luka that I have viewed but I do not think that my daughter cut the bangs. Whether they were trimmed or not, she is being sold as is.  She will arrive just as photographed with a few of her original accessories and NO original box.
