I opened it, put it together for my son, he is too big for it. (he is already riding inline scooters) It is brand new.

What you see is what you get. (Scooter, Box, Instructions)

Upon receipt you will need to tighten the handle bar bolt (up\down). This was left loose purposefully as you need to adjust it to the size of your child.

No returns for any reason whatsoever.
