Payment Policy

• Only PayPal is Accepted.
• Payment is expected within 48 hours. If you're bidding on other items, please let me know and I will hold off on the invoice.
• I will combine shipping on up to 5 coins as long as you request an invoice prior to payment so I can adjust the shipping charges.
• Items will be shipped on the next business day of receiving full payment.

Shipping Policy

• I will combine shipping. Please see Payment Policy for details.
• Unless otherwise specified, I ship all coins in holders and either bubble pack or photo envelopes. I absorb material and handling costs in my shipping rates.
• CanadaPost's postal rates are horrible. Any envelope thicker than 2 cms needs to be shipped parcel. Parcel shipping ranges between $8.00 and $15.00 within Canada and more into the US. It makes it difficult to provide reasonable shipping rates for larger shipments or box sets. I partially absorb the cost of shipping on some such items to make the shipping cost more reasonable to clients.
• I ship world wide. Most auctions will have international rates identified.
• I generate shipping labels from PayPal. Please make sure the information is correct.
• Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.
• I ship from Canada and there have been instances of deliveries taking in excess of 2 weeks to the US and longer to Europe. Before you leave low shipping ratings on the feedback page, please look at the post mark as to when the item was shipped. I ship items daily. 

Returns Policy

• I guarantee all my coins to be authentic. If for some unforeseen reason one slips through, I will fully refund the purchase price including shipping. I photograph (not scan) all listed coins as more true and revealing details can be seen through photographs. Scans hide many coin imperfections and coins tend to look in a much better state. I do use lighting to photograph coins to provide better detail of the condition of the coin. Some darker toned and/or copper/bronze coins might be darker than the photograph represents. I try to be as discriptive as possible in the listings. I generally do not provide a grade for the coins unless they've been graded by a professional service. I provide good high resolution pictures with zoom so you can clearly see the condition of the coin. If I do provide a grade range in the comments, it is likely due to the fact that I'm confident the coin will grade at that or better. Please refer to pictures for coin details and feel free ask questions. I will not accept returns for coins you simply don't "like".
