This is a beautiful menu printed on bright silver foil paper. It is for the Fourth Annual Navy Ball held at the Los Angeles Biltmore Hotel on January 27th 1934. Inside is a distinguished list of attendees. Included in the membership is Harvey S. Mudd, whom a Claremont College is named after. Also, Brigadier General and Mrs. Walter P. Story, the driving force behind Camp San Luis Obispo, California is listed. The top two Navy guests are Admiral David Foote Sellers and Admiral JM Reeves, both important members of the US military who served during World War II. There are many other listed who played important roles in the war as well. There are way too many to list. If you are looking for someone specific, please search as I've provided detailed photos.
