Payment: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert being raised. Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and you the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent by recorded first class post, and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.

Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or Courier, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Defected Items: All products are inspected before being dispatched to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
Returns: Item must be returned unused and in original box to qualify for 14 days money refund.
